I’m Emily.
I am an artist, therapist, life coach, podcaster, Corgi owner, and mother.
Years ago I was also a blogger, and I’ve decided to re-vive that part of my identity. On this blog I share insights I’ve gained since discovering life coaching and becoming an art therapist.
